Where are your lights available?

We are an online lighting brand based in France, dedicated to serving customers in the United Kingdom. All orders are processed and supported from our office in France. The stock comes from our factories in China.

Are the lights easy to install?

Hardwired models: Supplied with screws and mounting accessories. For safety, installation by a qualified electrician is recommended.

Rechargeable & stick-on models: Attach using a removable adhesive or magnetic base. No wiring is required. Screws can also be used if preferred.

Will stick-on installation leave marks on my walls?

The adhesive system is designed to hold securely while remaining removable without damaging your wall. Screws can be used as an alternative for extra stability.

Do the lights include everything I need?

Hardwired models: Each light includes the wall plate and the mounting hardware required for installation. If the bulb is integrated, it will be indicated on the product page.

Rechargeable models: Each light includes the mounting base, a USB-C charging cable, and the necessary mounting accessories.

How long does delivery take?

All orders include tracked shipping. Delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. A tracking link will be sent by email once your order has shipped.

What if I change my mind?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs apply except for defective or incorrect items.

Do the lights come with a warranty?

All products are covered by our standard quality warranty. If your item arrives damaged or develops an issue under normal use, we will assist you with a suitable solution.
